These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the C.I.D Hotel website and your reservation with C.I.D Hotel Properties. By booking a stay or using our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of a valid payment method. Room rates are quoted in the currency displayed at time of booking and are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.

Cancellations & Refunds

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are subject to a one-night charge. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount. Suite and peak-season bookings may carry separate terms, disclosed at the time of booking.

Check-In & Check-Out

Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to treat the property, staff, and fellow guests with respect. C.I.D Hotel reserves the right to refuse service or end a stay without refund in cases of damage, disruptive behavior, or violation of local law.

Liability

C.I.D Hotel Properties is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings except where caused by our proven negligence. Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes for valuables.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from your stay or use of this website will be resolved under Indonesian jurisdiction.
