What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early arrival and late departure can be arranged in advance, subject to availability, through your private concierge.
What is the cancellation policy?
Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a one-night charge. Peak season and suite bookings may carry different terms, confirmed at the time of booking.
Is there a dress code for the restaurant?
Smart elegant attire is requested at Noir Dining in the evening. Daytime dining across the property is relaxed, though we ask guests to remain in resort-appropriate wear outside of pool and beach areas.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes. Private transfers are complimentary for Presidential Suite and Penthouse guests, and available on request for all other rooms. Your concierge will confirm pickup details after booking.
Are children and pets welcome?
Children of all ages are welcome, with the Family Residence designed specifically for multi-generational stays. Well-behaved pets under 15kg are welcome in select garden villas for an additional fee — please advise us at the time of booking.
How do I book a spa treatment?
Treatments at Solace Spa can be reserved through the Wellness page, or in person with our spa concierge upon arrival. We recommend booking in advance during peak season.
